What makes us different?
Our strong safety measures have kept our students learning in school
Many restrictions have been imposed on our daily lives by the COVID-19 pandemic, but thanks to our early establishment of protective measures, including regular testing for all students and staff, we have managed to stay open across all grades through successive lockdowns. Students have attended in-person learning, enjoying the richness of the classroom experience.
We are diverse
There are over 50 nationalities in our community, making ASW a truly international learning environment. Our Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) is highly engaged in school life and embraces and celebrates our diversity at the annual UN Day celebration and other events. For many foreigners living in Warsaw, ASW becomes their social network.
We embrace different ways of learning
At ASW, we take a student-centred approach to learning. Students have access to Learning Support teachers, counselors, and EAL teachers. In the Elementary School, there is a teacher and teacher assistant in every class.
We are globally-minded
Our graduates go on to study at some of the top universities around the world.
